Is my data used for training?
No. Cadi Ai routes your queries through commercial API endpoints. OpenRouter's and OpenAI's commercial API terms prohibit using API inputs to train or improve their models. We do not use your conversations for training, and neither do our providers under their commercial API agreements.
How does AI Memory work?
You teach Cadi Ai about yourself once — your preferences, habits, goals, relationships, and ongoing projects. Every AI model then receives this context automatically, so you never have to re-explain yourself. Your memory stays on your device and is fully in your control.
What types of files can I attach?
You can attach images (JPEG, PNG) and PDFs directly to any chat and ask the AI about them. For text-based files, you can upload CSVs, TXT, JSON, and code files (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and more). You can also take a photo using your camera and ask the AI about it instantly.
What is Multi-model mode?
Multi-model mode sends your prompt to the available AI models for your plan at the same time and shows you the responses side by side. Availability depends on your subscription plan.
Can Cadi Ai access external links?
Yes. When you share a public link with a model that does not have live web access, Cadi Ai can route the request to an available live web model on eligible plans. Pages requiring a login, subscription, or special permission may not be accessible.
What's your support response time?
We aim to personally review and respond to every bug report, billing issue, or support request within 48 hours on business days. We don't use bots or automated responses — you'll hear from a real person who has actually looked into your problem.
Can I use Cadi Ai on desktop?
Cadi Ai is available on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). A web version is on the roadmap.
Does Cadi Ai support voice in other languages?
Yes — Cadi Ai supports voice input and voice output across 13 voice locales covering 12 languages: English (US & UK), Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, and Russian. Set your language once in Settings and Cadi will understand you and respond in your language, both in text and speech.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) on iOS or Google (Play Store) on Android. You can cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings — no need to contact us. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you're never charged again after cancelling.
