Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Cadi Ai. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cadi Ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Cadi Ai is an AI chat interface that provides access to multiple third-party AI models. We offer: • 5 free chats for new users • Basic Plan: 50 chats/month for $4.99/month • Advanced Plan: 125 chats/month with all 6 AI models for $12.99/month • Advanced Annual: $119.99/year (save $35.89) • Ultimate Plan: Unlimited chats for $24.99/month • Ultimate Annual: $269.00/year (save $30.88) Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

3. Third-Party AI Models

Cadi Ai does not own, operate, or control the underlying AI models. All models are provided by their respective owners: DeepSeek AI, Meta (Llama), Microsoft (Phi-4), MiniMax, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), Perplexity AI, and OpenAI (DALL-E 3). Cadi Ai is an independent interface and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any model provider. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. You should not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.

4. Registration and Access

Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services. Registration. You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. Device limit. For security purposes, accounts may be used on a maximum of two devices simultaneously.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. By subscribing, you authorize the respective platform to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account to the free tier or suspend your access to paid features until payment is received. Cancellation. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. All refund requests are subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. Price changes. We may change our subscription prices from time to time. If we increase prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and any price increase will take effect on your next renewal date, giving you the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cadi Ai to: • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service • Circumvent usage limits or access controls • Impersonate any person or entity • Distribute spam or unsolicited messages • Generate content that violates any third-party rights Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

Responses generated by AI models are provided 'as is' and for informational purposes only. Cadi Ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Do not rely on AI responses for medical diagnoses, legal advice, financial decisions, or emergency situations.

8. Our IP Rights

We and our affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the Cadi Ai name, logo, and branding. You may only use our name and logo with our prior written permission. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our application without written consent. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide the Services to you.

9. Termination and Suspension

You are free to stop using Cadi Ai at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine: • You breached these Terms • We must do so to comply with applicable law • Your use of the Services could cause risk or harm to Cadi Ai, our users, or others We may also terminate inactive free-tier accounts that have had no activity for more than 12 months, with advance notice sent to your registered email address. Appeals. If you believe we have suspended or terminated your account in error, you may file an appeal by contacting us at cadiai@proton.me.

10. Privacy

Your use of Cadi Ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at cadiai.net/website/privacy-policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT LOST OR ALTERED. SERVICE AVAILABILITY DEPENDS IN PART ON THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

12. Limitation of Liability

NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the liability arose or one hundred dollars ($100). The limitations in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnity

If you are a business or organization, to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Cadi Ai, our affiliates, and our personnel from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) from third-party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at cadiai@proton.me. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days. Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Cadi Ai agree to resolve any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services through final and binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing cadiai@proton.me with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you may only resolve disputes with Cadi Ai on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please send notice to cadiai@proton.me with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" and include: • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed • A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located • Your contact information • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate We may delete or disable content that we believe violates these Terms or is alleged to be infringing, and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

16. General Terms

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and any attempt to do so will be void. We may assign our rights or obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in connection with a business transaction. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Cadi Ai regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time due to changes in law, security reasons, or service improvements. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
