Cadi Ai ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information: • Device Identifier: A random device ID is generated and stored locally on your device to associate your session with free-chat usage and, if you choose to register, with your account. • Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address via Clerk, our authentication provider. No password is stored by Cadi Ai — authentication is handled securely by Clerk. • Usage Data: We track how many AI chats you perform to enforce free-tier limits and manage your subscription. • Subscription Data: If you subscribe, we store your subscription plan and status via RevenueCat, our in-app purchase management provider. All payment processing is handled securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: • Provide and improve the Cadi Ai service • Manage your free-tier usage and subscription • Respond to support requests you send to cadiai@proton.me • Detect and prevent abuse or fraud

3. AI Queries

Your messages are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. Chat queries are routed through OpenRouter (which provides access to models such as DeepSeek, Llama 4, Copilot/Phi-4, MiniMax, Qwen3.5, and Perplexity Sonar Pro). Image generation requests are sent to OpenAI (DALL-E 3). These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your conversation data to advertisers. Conversation history is stored to provide context across a session and may be deleted upon request.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: • OpenRouter (to process AI chat queries) • OpenAI (to process image generation requests) • RevenueCat (to manage in-app subscriptions) • Apple App Store / Google Play (to process payments) • Clerk (to manage authentication) All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data securely.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time directly in the app via Settings → Delete All My Data, or by contacting us at cadiai@proton.me. We will process email deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure token storage. Authentication is delegated to Clerk, which uses industry-standard credential handling. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Children's Privacy

Cadi Ai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent To exercise these rights, use the Delete All My Data option in Settings, or contact us at cadiai@proton.me.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
