Delete Your Account
Cadi Ai — Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Cadi Ai account and all associated data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 1 — Delete in the App (Instant)
Open the Cadi Ai app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm the permanent deletion. This removes your Cadi Ai account, conversation history, shared links, device records, generated images, and local app data, then signs you out.
Option 2 — Request by Email
Send an email to cadiai@proton.me with the subject line:
Include the email address or device ID associated with your account. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and authentication record
- All conversation history and chat messages
- All generated images stored by Cadi Ai
- Your device identifier and usage data
- Your subscription record (active subscriptions should be cancelled via the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion)
Delete Only Your Data (Keep Account)
If you want to delete your conversation history but keep your account, include that in your email and we will selectively delete only your chat data.
